Work with me

Your Copilot licences are paid for. Make them pay back.

Most organisations pay for Microsoft 365 Copilot and watch it sit idle: roughly one seat in three sees weekly use. That gap is not a technology problem, it is an enablement problem, and it has a fixed-scope fix.

I run adoption the way I run any project: audit the gap, ship real workflows, measure the change, hand over the playbook.

In 30 days: your weekly active usage measurably up, three department-specific workflows live, and champions trained to keep it moving.

  • Week 0: usage-report teardown, licence-waste math, three department interviews, governance snapshot
  • Weeks 1–2: three workflows shipped from the pattern library (inbox, meetings, one line-of-business flow)
  • Weeks 3–4: champion training, prompt clinics, measurement dashboard
  • Exec readout: before/after activation rate and a renewal-defence one-pager
Investment
Fixed fee, agreed up front, typically less than four months of your current licence waste.

The guarantee

If the number doesn’t move, you don’t pay for more.

The Activation Sprint is measured on one number: weekly active usage. If it hasn’t moved by day 30, the next month of my time is free until it does. You keep every workflow, template and playbook either way.

How it works

  3. 03
    Ship in 30 days

Workflows live, champions trained, exec readout delivered. Then you decide what’s next.

Why me

I do this job. Not just the talk.

Word from the field

David Nudelman has consistently shared practical, real-world guidance with the Microsoft community, and it's great to see that experience captured in a playbook focused on adoption rather than just deployment. If you're leading Microsoft 365 or AI initiatives, this looks like a valuable resource to help turn licenses into measurable business outcomes.

David is a seasoned presenter and expert in Microsoft 365 Copilot. Attending the masterclass sessions was a delight. No slides, just a jam packed event with real world demonstrations across the full spectrum of Microsoft 365 Copilot with the latest information and capabilities including Copilot Cowork. His real world understanding of using the tools to achieve results made this experience top notch and provided a degree of value that would be associated with a paid course, so this just compounded the exceptional value of this opportunity from him volunteering his time to share this for free to the community. I highly recommend participating in any event that David makes available, as it will be well worth your time.

Great content, actionable advice. Thank you for explicitly stating up front that attendees will be getting the slide deck; lets us focus on content and dialog! Wish more presenters did that.

I think it was an excellent session. Whether it's reinforcing what you think you know or adding a nugget that you had missed all training is beneficial.

The Microsoft Copilot Masterclass was good! I wanted to learn a bit more advanced uses or Copilot Studio things like building apps using copilot or agents or agentic automated workflows. Overall I did learn some new things. If there is an advanced class for the things stated above then I would definitely like to join that in the future.

Fair questions
We already have Microsoft’s free training. Why pay?

Use it, it’s good. But free content teaches features; it doesn’t install workflows, train your champions, or move your usage report. I sell the installation and the measurement, not the information.

We’re not on Microsoft Copilot. Is this still for us?

Yes. The patterns are tool-agnostic. They work with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot, and the audit and workshop formats adapt to whatever your organisation actually pays for.

How big does our organisation need to be?

The sprint fits best at 50–500 Copilot seats. Smaller teams usually start with a workshop; larger organisations usually start with an executive briefing and a pilot department.

What do you need from us?

A sponsor, access to the Copilot usage reports, and about three hours of interviews in week zero. I do the rest.

What does it cost?

Fixed fees, agreed before we start, anchored to what you already spend on licences. The sprint is typically less than four months of your current licence waste. No open-ended day-rate engagements.

Bring the usage report. I'll bring the plan.
