As Director and second-in-command, I help companies get a real return on the technology they've already paid for — mostly across the Microsoft ecosystem. Less hype, more things that work on a Monday morning.
Before this I built and ran my own technology consulting company, and put in the hours inside Microsoft, Oracle, Metro Bank, and Lakeside Software. Enterprise-scale systems, regulated environments, and more meetings-that-should-have-been-an-automation than I'd care to count.
That last part is really why this site exists. The people who actually move an organisation forward are rarely the ones on the stage — they're the operators in the second chair. This is the AI field guide I wish someone had handed them.
