As a Director at a technology consulting business, I help companies get a real return on the technology they've already paid for, mostly across the Microsoft ecosystem. Less hype, more things that work on a Monday morning.
Before this I built and ran my own technology consulting company, and put in the hours inside Microsoft, Oracle, Metro Bank, and Lakeside Software. Enterprise-scale systems, regulated environments, and more meetings-that-should-have-been-an-automation than I'd care to count.
That last part is really why this site exists. The people who get the most out of AI are rarely the ones talking loudest about it. They're the ones who quietly master the tools their company already provides, and get ahead of the colleagues who ignore them. This is the field guide I wish someone had handed them.
